The following items are non-refundable: taxes, service charges applied to the reservation, and payments made for ancillary services such as spa treatments or restaurant reservations.
Once a refund-eligible cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
